The throat chakra is where we hold our self expression, self acknowledgment and the ability to follow our dreams. A chain of hearts runs through my throat chakra, tenderly offering me loving encouragement to follow my heart and to speak my truth.

I am floating, suspended between the love of Mother Earth and the love of the Universe. I am held in the sustaining energy of an Empathic Shield while the sun gives me its warmth and an angel brings me yet more love.

I have four arms to embrace all, and three faces to see all.
