We are all one.
Climbing Black Mountain in Cave Creek, Arizona gives me enormous
joy and deep inner peace. It is more of a spiritual experience
than a physical one. Briefly during summer, 2007 I couldn't
climb for health reasons.
I created a spot down in the wash behind my house where I
could go to sit in the heart of nature with the same sense
of peace and oneness with the universe and all its creatures
that I feel when I am on the mountain.
I call the bush under which I sit my Contemplation Bush.
Zadnar Zarendu, my African Spirit Guide, always accompanies
me as does my Spirit Dog Rhodo. In the tree are two angels
who join us in the peaceful stillness and interconnectedness
of Universal Love.
In my world all living creatures are sentient, equal and
loving. We are surrounded by javelina, rabbits, birds, owls,
a snake, a butterfly. Love is everywhere.
